Have you ever been in Barranquilla? This is a common question that people of the others cities ask to the tourist when they visit the country, or have you ever been in the Barranquilla carnivals? It is the most popular question that we ask to the people of the other country or city, but we have to know that now day Barranquilla is not the first, or “the gold of the door of Colombia,” due to the tardiness in the second part of the century XX had been terrible.

Most of people in baranquilla know that the city is in a difficult economic, political and social situation now. the city is fight or sixth in the country, when in 1940 Barranquilla was more important than Bogotá and Medellin and had an excellent economy, due to the boats arrived to the fluvial port in the Magdalena river however, since 1960, the city has been down in it is factories, transport, airport and in general all the things that make a competitive city.

Barranquilla in the last ten years around 20 important factories had been changing their center of production and we do not see these things, but it is a terrible problem because the entrepreneurial sector is very poor and the important businessman do not by the city because they see via 40 that is and important center with a big space alone and see that Barranquilla does not have the same enterprises that it had in 1940. People only send a message to criticism the temperature, the security and say that all is expensive in the shopping center, but they do not reflect themselves are the people that do not help to change the situation because they think that all is “ok” that we do not have serious problems . People in Barranquilla do not have social culture. if you go to the center ,you can see that all the streets have mountains of garbage and the pollution is amazing , however the local administration of the city does not do anything and has a huge percentage of responsibility about the situation of the city.

The city does not have excellent public services in the downtown because the local government has always stolen the money that honest people pay in the taxes, this is not a secret, but political corruption and bad social culture of the barranquilleros has the city in a terrible situation. Another important topic to say is the public education and public health that is the worst after Choco and five other departments, However, most people in Barranquilla think that we are the best city because we have a wonderful carnival that is the cultural patrimonial of the human in the world and we have a good fluvial port in the Magdalena river.

Barranquilla was the first in most of the things that came in Colombia. For example, it was the first that flew an airplane and had a phone and other important things for the progress of a city around 1920 -1930. it had the first important hotel, the Prado in the historical neighborhood the Prado and now a days it has the least percent of violence in the country . This is not all the reason to consider that Barranquilla is the best and that we do not have serious problem in our city.

In conclusion, I do not want to say that baranquilla is the worst because that is not true, but we have to work very hard to recover all the good things that we had in the condition that all the people in the city need to understand that we are not in a excellent situation, we are less than Bogotá, Medellin and Cali are better cities due to the feet that they have more control and organization in their local government. How too the good civil culture of the people apportions to a clean city. The local administration in these cities sends the money of the taxes to repair the streets, hospitals, schools and help the factories and build commercial centers, build and create a good system of public transportation. We have to understand that these things make a better city than the others not the carnival and famous singers, like most of the people guess, we know that is important and very good for the city but the problem is that people think that is the most important. The solution is that we have to create more love for the city for our companies, streets our money that we pay in the tax. We have to work in group and with honest people that do not steal money from people and then we will have successful city, because the city is in a terrible situation.

United States and Russia (the winners of the war) was thinking about giving a space of Argentina, but the Jews said that they want their “Promise Land” ,their real home, because they explained that they go out ,when the Roman Empire was looking for killing because they were a rebellious. Then in the Second World War, more than 5 million Jews died by the Nazis troops. However they were able to create the Zionist movement in order to recuperate Palestine as Israel. Now the big problem is that in all the human history the Palestinians and Arabs had to leave the land.

don’t know that we have to be carefully, because when we

could be dangerous for the feelings of the other person.
One problem of gender free is that men and women are
equally battered; fathers can be mothers and mother can
be father both. pseudo genders are thought to include
everyone because the people who are thinking only of
themselves , it explain that all the programs that we
see in the TV , the news is not total true or the real
situation had been changed . Sex gender refers
“masculine” and “feminine” the jobs, etc.. Then the

or “SHE”? And explain that the correct form is that all

my best experience was last year when i was 17 . the day when i went to beer festival i was with my best friends and we a girl that she was not my girlfriend but we did the same that the boyfrirends do it , we went to andres house at 4 pm we listen music and drunk some beers ¡we passed a great time¡ then we went to the festival at 6 or 7 pm i dont remenber in the festival what i did it. but i know that i danced , drunk a lot fall me water beer and "maizena" .

then i dont remenber waht i did iremenber then that i was in the bed of andres house and all ok my friends was smiling because i gave a kiss an ungly girl when natalia went to his home at 3 pm they said . in the morning we went to the beach and ate a big fish because and some beer "because is good to recuperate for headchache" in beach i relax and swinming in the sea an at 4 pm i went to my home ¡ .

when i was i kid , i dont remenber i haved 7 or 8 years i enter in the american colombo center .
